"While the individuals I’ve interacted with have been courteous and helpful, I am deeply disappointed with the company’s email response system. Despite sending multiple emails, including direct messages to agents, I have yet to receive a response, and it’s been over a month. As someone who relies on email communication for efficiency, this lack of response is frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend relying on emails to contact this company. Your best bet is to call or go in person."
